ISO Internal Audit

Objectivity Drives Our ISO Internal Audits

From the pre-audit meeting to the final deliverables, we exhibit trust, integrity, confidentiality and discretion.

With Auditing, You’ll Know What to Expect and How to Remedy Situations

Receiving and maintaining certification makes the statement to your business partners and customers that you demonstrate compliance with international standards. Of course, before that happens, you’ll first need to demonstrate compliance to the certification auditor, and you’ll want to get it right the first time.

The audit report should include the audit objectives, scope, criteria, methods, findings, conclusions, and corrective actions. The audit report should also highlight the strengths and weaknesses of the audited processes, the compliance and non-compliance issues, and the opportunities and risks for improvement.

We offer these audit phases leading to certification (not all organizations seek formal certification, but prefer to be “certification ready”):

An Internal Audit is conducted by, or on behalf of, your organization to make a self-determination as to the status and correctness of your implementation. An Internal Audit should be performed as carefully and comprehensively as the actual certification audit, to provide peace of mind moving on to a Certification Audit.

Certification Audit Advocacy, where, as an extension of our internal audit services, we provide support for your team, acting as an advocate during the Certification Audit, observing the conduct of the audit, offering resources, assisting with interpretation of the findings and with resolutions of non-conformities.
